  • Who can participate in the Allgo Live programme?

All Allgo employees can be nominated and nominate a colleague for Thumbs up.

  • How can I nominate a colleague for Thumbs Up?

You will receive 10 credits every month and by filling out the Nomination Form on the website you can award 1,2 or 3 Thumbs Up to your colleagues.

  • How do I receive my Thumbs Up?

Every time a fellow colleague nominates you the relevant Thumbs Ups will be added to your account within one week.

  • How can I log in to my Allgo Live account?

Your login details will be sent to you when your account is created.

  • How can I spend my Thumbs Up?

They will automatically convert into an Allgo Mastercard on 30th June 2020. 

  • How can I check my points balance?

When you are emailed your Thumbs Up, you will be sent your balance, or you can log in to your account and check your points balance and points history any time.

  • How long are my points valid for?

Your Thumbs Ups will accumulate from now until 30th June 2020 when they will automatically convert into an Allgo Mastercard.
